Actividad bactericida del extracto etánólico de Aloysia citridora “cedrón” en bacterias alteradoras de carne fresca

چکیده
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar actividad bactericida del extracto etánólico Aloysia citridora “cedrón” en bacterias alteradoras carne. Se utilizó como muestra biológica carne fresca (vacuno, pollo y pescado). preparó el etanólico utilizando 100g hoja triturada con un litro etanol, macerado por 8 días a temperatura ambiente. filtrado maceración se sometió evaporación 72 horas 42 °C. trabajó grupo control (10g 90 ml agua destilada) experimental etanólico), luego procedió las siembras microbianas. encontró que halo inhibición promedio, crecimiento para Staphylococcus aureus 12mm, lo demuestra propiedad antibacteriana aureus, además observó bacteriano agar Macconkey nutritivo, los grupos experimentales, mientras crecimiento. Respecto recuentos nutritivo mayor valor 1.21x103 ufc/ml pollo. concluye tiene Escherichia coli fresca.
